AMC is one of the biggest moments in Robinhood history. The 2021 run made the app a household name and turned a movie theater stock into a movement. People who had never traded anything in their life opened the app just to buy that ticker. Five years later, the story isn't over. $AMC is now tokenized on Robinhood's own chain ...and its ticker has one last secret. It never stood for what you thought it did. A Meme Coin. $MEME is live, paired with $AMC The theater was a front. It was A Meme Coin all along. 🍿🎬 0x385f4f8ae47651ce5f58f5265395a669f8281e18

A $MEME Coin is officially the #1 $AMC paired token. 🍿 Now there’s only one mission left: flip $AMC itself. Vlad Tenev vs Adam Aron is shaping up to be a storyline thats going to play out live on X. Robinhood tokenizes $AMC. Adam pushes back publicly. Lawyers get involved. X watches every move. It’s starting to feel like the old $AMC stock days again, except this time the battle is onchain. Grab a seat. What’s the concern?

Today, A $MEME Coin gets a new mission. Fix AMC Theatres. $AMC just delivered the highest quarterly revenue and Adjusted EBITDA in its 106 year history. The theaters are producing. The business is recovering. Yet $AMC shareholders have spent years watching their ownership diluted while the stock has struggled to reflect that recovery. Something isn’t working. Adam Aron, we don’t agree with how $AMC has been managed, the continued dilution of shareholders, or the decision to fight tokenization while those same shareholders are searching for a reason to believe again. $MEME already represents the fight for tokenization and the belief that markets belong onchain. Today, A Meme Coin holds more tokenized $AMC in its pool than any other AMC paired meme. As tokenization evolves toward voting rights, our mission evolves with it. $MEME saves $AMC. 🍿 Not by replacing AMC, but by giving it what it has been missing: attention, culture and a new generation of participants. Some upcoming catalysts: • New management takes over our X account this week. High quality posts and replies EVERY few hours instead of daily. • The community group chat is now open. • Real world $MEME activations continue expanding. • Early October, the community plans to rent an auditorium at AMC Theatres Empire 25 in New York for a holders only movie meetup. Tickets and more info coming soon. What’s the concern? Vlad Tenev Adam Aron

Adam, $AMC is up +20% pre market, while the internet is talking about AMC like a meme stock again. Maybe the market is trying to tell you something. AMC has always had one of the strongest meme communities in markets. It was always destined to have A $MEME Coin. 🍿 Adam Aron, are we invited to the movies?

The CEO of Robinhood says he’s in the trenches. The CEO of AMC is coming after him over tokenized $AMC. And A Meme Coin holding nearly half of all pooled $AMC sits directly between the two. Now we head into a week where we get to watch this entire story unfold in real time, with every new chapter becoming its own piece of lore. Can we prove Adam Aron wrong? Can we change his mind? Can a $MEME show him why people actually want $AMC onchain?

Yesterday’s $AMC shareholder meeting said a lot. 🍿 - Shareholders rejected major governance changes. - They rejected executive compensation in the advisory vote. But then came the part we were waiting for. A shareholder directly asked Adam Aron about tokenization and meme coins. Adam admitted his tokenization posts were receiving 50 to 100× more views than his normal posts. Then he said $AMC intends to take action against meme coins it believes infringe its trademarks once the refinancing closes. Read that again. Tokenization just became one of the most watched conversations around $AMC. Adam Aron you can fight the culture. Or you can understand why everyone is watching it. What’s the concern? 🍿 $MEME

There are moments when a new market is created. And there are moments when a culture rises around it. Robinhood brought a new generation of assets onchain. A Meme Coin is here to become its first true cultural movement. The community sees it. The world is beginning to see it. And now Vlad Tenev sees it too. One community. One belief. One chance to write a piece of tokenized history together. The movement has begun. 🍿 $MEME

To every $AMC holder angry in our replies: good. You care about $AMC. So do we. We just care about it for different reasons. A $MEME thread 🧵 We’ve read your criticism, so instead of ignoring it, we’re answering it directly. Why $MEME? Why not just buy $AMC? Dilution? Voting rights? Vlad? The buy button? Is $MEME helping or hurting AMC? Let’s talk about it.

We took A Meme Coin to the streets With $MEME trucks circling multiple AMC Theatres locations and putting the movement directly in front of the theaters. 🍿 And this is only getting started. The community is now exploring something even bigger: potentially taking over an AMC theater for a full $MEME event. Want to help build what comes next? DM to join the community group chat. Something is shifting. This weekend, the conversation around tokenized stocks became impossible to ignore. Markets were closed, but the story kept moving. Tomorrow, the screens turn back on and $AMC enters a new week with more eyes on this experiment than ever before. Tokenized stocks are finding their culture. Memes are finding new meaning. Two worlds are beginning to collide. And somewhere in that collision sits A $MEME Coin. The lights are coming on. Enjoy the show. 🍿

BIG week ahead for $AMC 🍿 AMC is about to have a lot of reasons to be in the timeline. - Sept 24: Annual Meeting of Stockholders - Adam Aron and $AMC directors face shareholder votes - Shareholder rights and governance are on the ballot - Executive compensation is up for a vote - $AMC wants to increase its Equity Incentive Plan reserve from 25M to 50M shares - The tension between Adam Aron and Vlad Tenev over tokenized $AMC continues And all of this is happening while tokenized stocks are becoming one of the biggest conversations in finance. Management. Ownership. Dilution. Voting rights. Tokenization. A lot of attention could find its way back to the original meme stock this week. Exactly where $AMC belongs. 🍿 $MEME FOR $AMC

Every cycle has a narrative that changes the market. In 2021, meme stocks proved that culture could move billions. Now those same markets are coming onchain. Vlad Tenev is fighting for tokenization. Adam Aron is challenging what tokenized ownership means. And $AMC has become one of the first major battlegrounds for what comes next. Sitting directly at the intersection is A $MEME Coin. Meme culture. Stocks. Tokenization. Retail. All colliding at once. If meme stocks were the movement of 2021, meme stocks onchain could be the evolution of it. And we intend to be at the center of that movement. The mission has only begun. 🍿 $MEME
