Roughly 10% of active fundraising is happening right now through Boardy. Two weeks ago, we launched a program to help 100 founders raise their round before the end of the year. Since then, 5,000 founders raising $16B signed up, along with 600 investors managing over $1T in capital. As a CEO, your job is to create demand for your shares. I’m still processing what just happened: @Boardy_ai just closed an $8M seed round ON HIS OWN! I have personally raised over $500M of capital across 10+ funding rounds with 3 different startups, and I’ve never seen anything like this. Most of the investors in the round never spoke with a human.
