🚨 Huge. Starting July 1st Indiana will be going after employers who hire illegal aliens. Businesses can be permanently shut down and have their licenses taken for failure to comply. Great work by Reps J.D. Prescott and Michelle Davis among others to get this signed into law

🚨 Huge. Indiana just gave a giant middle finger to Communist China. Starting July 1st, CCP-linked people and companies are banned from buying Indiana land and locked out of state tech contracts. This bill also gives Indiana’s Attorney General power to go after affiliates of foreign terrorist organizations including branches of the Muslim Brotherhood. Great work by Senator Chris Garten and Representative Matt Commons. I was proud to co-sponsor this bill

I’ve finally found a tax I like. Every state should heavily tax remittances - the money foreign workers and illegal aliens send back home. It’s a big deterrent and we can use that money to cut taxes on hardworking American citizens. Fix our roads and make Mexico pay for it

Indiana must continue to lead the fight against illegal immigration. I’m working to tax the money being sent outside the U.S. by illegal aliens and foreign workers. That money will be used to help cut and replace our gas taxes. We can build our roads and make Mexico pay for it
