Well #LondonMarathon 2:36:56 Pretty heartbroken and this will hurt for some time. Not the time I came for but it’s the time I got. Quads were completely gone after 20kms and no idea why, possibly the downhills. Wanted to quit but glad I didn’t. I trained very well but 🤷‍♂️
