The famous #alpedhuez climb the day before the #tdf2026 comes up for the first time in four years! It’s PACKED! I saw table tennis, exercise bikes, ice baths, bbqs and plenty of beers. Safe to say tomorrow and Saturday are going to be an insane atmosphere! #tdf #cycling

Well #LondonMarathon 2:36:56 Pretty heartbroken and this will hurt for some time. Not the time I came for but it’s the time I got. Quads were completely gone after 20kms and no idea why, possibly the downhills. Wanted to quit but glad I didn’t. I trained very well but 🤷‍♂️

Wtf just happened?! 5th overall 2nd in AG with a 4:06 half Ironman today at 70.3 Rapperswill! My best 70.3 performance 💪 Fastest run of the day in 1:14 and SO CLOSE to the overall podium! Looks like I’m off to another World Champs! 🥵 It tests me but I bloody love this game!

When I made the run yesterday I knew the finish was going to happen. For me the run is where I feel comfortable and in my place. I made up around 30+ places with a 2:43 marathon even in some brutal windy conditions. I just kept thinking I’d made it and that gave me strength.

In September I was running a 2:43 marathon off the bike at the IRONMAN Triathlon World champs.. Yesterday was the most progress I’ve made in 11 weeks with a 30 min easy continuous jog Injury humbles you and you have to start from where you are at. Not where you want to be. 📈
