If they say a road is closed it’s usually closed.. But I’d say the ride was worth it for this view… despite the puncture 🫨😮‍💨 There is a LOT more to #alpedhuez than just the main climb. Many people miss out! #tdf2026 #cycling

One of many reasons for moving to Nice was I knew a solid group of guys who were keen for me to join their training group. Day one with them and it’s safe to say I’m going to get STRONG on the bike this winter. Going to call this the #frenchmethod 📈🇫🇷

The famous #alpedhuez climb the day before the #tdf2026 comes up for the first time in four years! It’s PACKED! I saw table tennis, exercise bikes, ice baths, bbqs and plenty of beers. Safe to say tomorrow and Saturday are going to be an insane atmosphere! #tdf #cycling

Just rode up #alpedhuez a good 7 hours before #tdf2026 comes up here That was one of the most insane experiences of my life. Never seen crowds like this and never seen an atmosphere like this. Today is going to be utterly wild! Cycling what a sport we have. #tdf #cycling

Well #LondonMarathon 2:36:56 Pretty heartbroken and this will hurt for some time. Not the time I came for but it’s the time I got. Quads were completely gone after 20kms and no idea why, possibly the downhills. Wanted to quit but glad I didn’t. I trained very well but 🤷‍♂️

If you have ever wondered how early people come to Alpe d'Huez for the #tdf2026 well this was Monday 6 days before they arrive! Already last week camper vans were parked on the bends. Atmosphere is building here! Like Glastonbury for cycling. #alpedhuez #tdf

Sub 8:30 Ironman! 1st In age group. 2nd amateur overall. Top 50 with 100 professional men! That was one hell of a race and not a bad birthday! Probably the performance of my life and so much more to say which will come. But I’m proud. Just so proud of myself! Do hard things

Wtf just happened?! 5th overall 2nd in AG with a 4:06 half Ironman today at 70.3 Rapperswill! My best 70.3 performance 💪 Fastest run of the day in 1:14 and SO CLOSE to the overall podium! Looks like I’m off to another World Champs! 🥵 It tests me but I bloody love this game!

When I made the run yesterday I knew the finish was going to happen. For me the run is where I feel comfortable and in my place. I made up around 30+ places with a 2:43 marathon even in some brutal windy conditions. I just kept thinking I’d made it and that gave me strength.

In September I was running a 2:43 marathon off the bike at the IRONMAN Triathlon World champs.. Yesterday was the most progress I’ve made in 11 weeks with a 30 min easy continuous jog Injury humbles you and you have to start from where you are at. Not where you want to be. 📈

Insane. 13th in the IRONMAN Triathlon World Champs. Made it hard for myself and had to bank that sub 3 marathon but so bloody proud. Hardest race I’ve ever done. What a course, what a World Champs. Such a privilege to be racing. Never ever give up. #bikeforshowrunfordough #IMWC

Imagine you are leading the IRONMAN Triathlon World Champs after taking the win last year and you completely shut down 1km from the finish line.. Utterly insane from Lovseth AND somehow she still managed to finish the race. Ironman triathlon is BRUTAL. #IMWC #kona #running

Everyone saw the crash of Sepp Kuss on stage 20 of the #tdf2026 but how lucky was he?! Well pretty lucky… this is the spot where he came off and what’s over the netting! It’s usually not there so this was a very smart call 😮‍💨🥵 #tdf #cycling #gckuss

What the hell just happened?! 16th at the IRONMAN Triathlon World Championships closing with a 2:43 marathon and going 9:24 on a brutal course! Two weeks ago I broke both my elbow and wrist. Today was never meant to happen. But I never ever gave up. And that’s all we can do 💪
