to the people saying that britney ‘ran someone over’ that’s not it. she didn’t hit anyone.. at all. the video people are talking about is when she’s trying to park into a space and accidentally hits the car. she gets out to check. this was mid 2007. britney wasn’t charged because she paid the owners car that she hit. the owner of the car said he was satisfied with the resolution and did not want to go forward with the hit-and-run charge.
