Days after DMK MLA Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin spoke about eradicating Sanathana Hindu Dharma on the floor of the legislative assembly, TVK MLA Thiru VMS Mustafa came in support of Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin’s remarks. Not only is this very unfortunate but also it shows the level of hatred they harbour in their minds towards an eternal Dharma that helps us to lead a meaningful life! DMK & TVK, in their very short history, have proven to the people that they are two sides of the same coin. DMK has forgotten what their constant attack on Sanathana Hindu Dharma has brought them to. TVK will also soon remember. If either DMK or TVK had the courage of conviction, they should have openly declared during their election campaigns that targeting Sanathana Hindu Dharma would be central to their politics. Instead, they hid behind secularism & theatrics, only to reveal their true intentions after seeking votes from the very people whose faith they now insult with arrogance and impunity. Please be reminded, Sanathana Hindu Dharma is not your punching bag! I sincerely hope their remarks will not go unpunished by our people.

With elections 5 days away in Tamil Nadu, the Congress & the DMK have yet to come to terms on what to call their alliance. One calls in I.N.D.I. Alliance, the other calls in SPA (Secular Progressive Alliance). Incidentally, Thiru Rahul Gandhi, in his speech, mentioned that their party had never tried to intimidate, trap or crush DMK as an alliance partner at any point in time, conveniently forgetting the seat-sharing discussion during the 2011 assembly elections. Everyone knows how DMK was threatened by CBI raids to ensure the Congress party was offered 63 seats in the assembly elections. That threat seems to be hanging over DMK’s head even today. Not to forget, in 2013, days after DMK withdrew its support for the Congress party (they later joined together in quick time is a different story), the CBI raided Thiru M.K.Stalin’s residence.

Chennai is sinking due to the misgovernance of DMK & and so is their level of discourse on the floor of the Parliament. After calling our North Indian friends Pani Puri sellers, toilet constructors, etc., I.N.D.I. Alliance DMK MP, makes Gaumutra Jibes. BJP Tamilnadu highly condemns this insensitive remark. He has possibly forgotten that the NDA Alliance is in power in Puducherry and was in power in Karnataka until recently. The arrogance of DMK will be the prime reason for their downfall!

DMK functionary Thunaivendhan is caught on video lifting a Hundi from the Sundaramurthy Ayyanar Temple in Kolathur, Perambalur. Ironically, this Hundi wasn’t installed by the HR&CE Department, but by Thunaivendhan himself. When officials finally acted to seal it, he resorted to threats and walked away with the Hundi and the devotees’ offerings. Under DMK rule, even temples are not spared from political loot. And this is not the first time we have pointed this out!

M.K.Stalin அவர்களால் திறந்து வைக்கப்பட்ட, ஈரோடு மாவட்டம் கோபிசெட்டிபாளையம் அருகே உள்ள கூகலூர் ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய நடுநிலைப் பள்ளிக் கட்டிடத்தின் மேற்கூரை நேற்று இடிந்து விழுந்திருக்கிறது. நேற்று விடுமுறை தினமானதால், வகுப்பறையில் மாணவர்களோ, ஆசிரியர்களோ இல்லாமல், அதிர்ஷ்டவசமாக பெரும் விபத்து தவிர்க்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. தமிழகம் முழுவதுமே, அரசுப் பள்ளிக் கட்டிடங்களின் மேற்கூரை இடிந்து விழுவது, தினசரி செய்தி ஆகியிருக்கிறது. பள்ளிக் குழந்தைகளுக்கான கட்டிடங்கள் கட்டுவதில் கூட, திமுக அரசு இத்தனை அலட்சியமாகச் செயல்படுவதைச் சற்றும் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ள முடியாது. ஏழை, எளிய குடும்பப் பின்னணியில் இருந்து, அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் பயில வரும் குழந்தைகள் உயிர், திமுக அரசுக்கு அத்தனை இளக்காரமாகப் போய்விட்டதா? கடந்த நான்கு ஆண்டுகளில், திமுக அரசு எந்தெந்த மாவட்டங்களில் புதிய பள்ளிக் கட்டிடங்கள் கட்டியுள்ளன என்று ஏற்கனவே கேள்வி எழுப்பியிருந்தோம். அதற்கு, ஒவ்வொரு தொகுதி சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினருக்கும் கடிதம் எழுதி நாடகமாடியதோடு நிறுத்திக் கொண்டார் உதயநிதி ரசிகர் மன்றத் தலைவரான பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை அமைச்சர். விளம்பர ஷூட்டிங்கில் பிஸியாக இருக்கும் பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர், இதுவரை இடிந்து விழுந்த பள்ளிக் கட்டிடங்கள் கட்டிய ஒப்பந்ததாரர்கள் யார், அவர்கள் மீது திமுக அரசு எடுத்த நடவடிக்கை என்ன என்பதைப் பொதுமக்களுக்கு வெளிப்படையாகத் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும். மேலும், கடந்த நான்கு ஆண்டுகளில் திமுக அரசு கட்டிய கட்டிடங்கள் அனைத்தையுமே, தர உறுதிப் பரிசோதனைக்கு உள்ளாக்குவது, அனைத்துத் தரப்பு மக்களுக்குமே நல்லது.

The DMK Govt’s hostility toward Sanatan Dharma is no longer a matter of interpretation; it is a fact. The Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowment Department (which is supposed to serve Hindu devotees) appealed against a court order blocking the lighting of the sacred Karthigai Deepam atop Thiruparankundram Hill. Hon CM of Andhra Pradesh Thiru N Chandrababu Naidu avl in his press meeting in Chennai made it clear that the women’s reservation bill was not anti-South or anti-small states. It is a bill that provides a 50% increase in seats, with 33% reserved for women, and ensures no state loses representation. He also pointed out that Congress has repeatedly opposed women’s reservation in the past, including when the bill was introduced under former PMs Thiru Deve Gowda avl, Thiru Atal Bihari Vajpayee avl, and later even during their own Govt too. Pilgrims from across the nation are being put through immense difficulty due to the LDF govt’s poor preparation and mismanagement. On one hand, essential services for devotees remain inadequate; on the other, it is deeply troubling to learn that organisations such as the Ayyappa Seva Sangham, the Amritanandamayi Math, and the Subramanya Religious Trust have reportedly been restricted from offering their voluntary support. Sabarimala is not merely a pilgrimage site; it is a spiritual anchor for millions in our country. The least a government can do is uphold its responsibility with sincerity and respect.
