This 91 year old man known by the pseudonym “Greybeard” just hiked the Appalachian trail and did a victory dance afterwords. He’s been pretty active his whole life, having mastered many sports such as spearfishing, paddling and boat racing. Aging well is an option you can choose when you understand your body’s needs and make a conscious effort to keep your inner child alive ♥️ (FWIW extreme sports are probably not as compatible with women’s physiology, but humans still adapted to walk roughly 6-9 miles per day)
