Kofi Kingston says WWE's offer would have cut pay by more than the reported 50%: “It was more than 50%. More than a lot of people know. After Austin Creed pitched A$AP Ferg’s “New Level,” they called Big E to help find a connection in the rap world. That eventually led to Peter Rosenberg linking them with Ferg’s team, and the song was cleared less than 24 hours before their debut. “It was a miracle.”

Bella Mir addresses her mom’s social media comments after her Contender Series loss: "My mom commenting on stuff obviously didn’t really help the situation, but she honestly kind of took the fire off of me. It’s crazy. It’s like, ‘Mom, you literally protect me in every situation I’ve ever lived in, and you literally protected me more in this one.’ I don’t even know how she could have done that, but she did. I think it was just the heat of the moment... And obviously drinking that night didn’t really help. I think she was just raging out. She obviously apologized to everyone and admitted that she made a mistake, and that’s the best anyone can do after making a mistake, own up to it."

Austin Creed says he never received a call, text or thank you from WWE higher-ups before leaving the company. Kofi Kingston makes it clear there’s no bitterness toward WWE despite how things ended: “I just want to say I’m super grateful for the time that we had there. Living out my childhood dream would have never been possible if it wasn’t for WWE. I don’t want to set the tone that we’re so mad and angry and pissed. It is what it is. It happened, and then we move on. We can’t dwell on the past. I would never allow anything to have that kind of power over my emotional psyche, where I’m brooding and thinking about the bad times when 99% of the time there was great. I’m super thankful for that part of our career, but very, very excited for the future. It’s all good. It’s all love. It’s all gravy, and we’re happy to embark on the next chapter.”

Really appreciate how thoughtful Jordan Burroughs is here about why he never made the transition to MMA: "I really considered it, like heavily considered it. One of the hardest parts about growing older, Ariel, is that you have to let dreams die. There are certain things that, when you're young and when you're hungry... you believe you can do it all... As you get older, you start to realize that, man, this may have passed for me. At the heart of why I wanted to go to MMA was the glamour. It was the celebrities ringside, it was the big paydays, it was the global recognition, and it wasn't the purity. Being a Christian... I thought that transition would be more about what I could get and who I could become, and I just don't think it would have been good for my faith, for my family, or for my marriage. That lifestyle would not have been healthy for a family man."

Had the chance to speak with Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla and watch him train with the great Eric Nicksick. Really fascinating to hear how much MMA has influenced the way he coaches. He’s clearly put in the work himself. Far more than just a fan of the sport. Hard to admit as a Knicks fan, but props where they're due.

AEW deserves a ton of credit for what it pulled off at Wembley. A seven-year-old promotion drawing around 45k-50k fans, creating genuinely meaningful matchups and making the entire show feel massive. Will Ospreay’s entrance, the Adam Copeland singalong, the atmosphere... the whole thing felt big.

Austin Creed says he couldn’t have asked much more from the New Level's AEW debut at Wembley: "I've wanted us to have that music for so long, and the entrance is something that I've dreamed about. For us to not only be in a place where everybody was so cool, so nice, but we've got brand new gear... Tyron Woodley has spent this entire interview in an ice bath and explains how much more recovery matters at 44: "This is what the athletes that don't take PEDs do when they get past 40 years old. They gotta have a chiropractor, a massage therapist, motion coach, pilates, hot yoga, a lot of recovery.
