I can’t believe my first visual is now One year and two months old. Looking back at last year, sometimes I wonder how I survived it at all. So much happened. There were days I slipped into depression, days I cried silently, days I couldn’t eat, days I made mistakes and felt the weight of them, days I genuinely thought my mind was going to break. But somehow, I kept moving. Fast forward to when I keep being active here, I saw a colleague voice over he did for Lisabi teaser, I texted him for the first time that I have talent for this but I want someone that will push me, he said no problem that I should do voice over to the same lisabi teaser and submit, I did submit o but I submitted half because when I was recording, my sister called me and I answered her, so it shows in the recordings so I couldn’t continue again because I was depressed then and I’m blank, I just managed to do that! My colleague posted that half and tag Adedimeji Lateef and he followed me from that voice over ads I did for lisabi. What many people don’t know is that on the very day I shot the Lisabi Visual, I had cried throughout the night. My heart was heavy, my mind was blank, and I didn’t even know what to say on camera. Akanni of Ogun | Mobile Grapher 📽️📱 had reached out that we’d shoot a video ad for Lisabi, and minutes before the camera rolled, something finally came to me. Back then, I used to just think and record. Now, as a professional, I can’t imagine not writing a proper script.
