The loudest cheers didn't come from social media, they came from school children watching India's future lift off. Nothing is more inspiring than seeing school children cheer for a rocket launch. The excitement, the applause, and the pride on their faces after the successful launch say it all. Good to see the next generation setting its priorities right.

Environmental campaigns don't succeed through plantation drives alone. They become meaningful when the message reaches people beyond official announcements. In Lucknow's Telibagh, awareness took a different form. Busy intersections and bus stands turned into public spaces for conversation. Street plays, folk artists performing with dhol and manjira, and "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" displays engaged passersby in a way that was difficult to ignore. The idea was simple yet effective. Many people may never read a government circular or social media post, but they'll pause to watch a compelling performance or listen to a familiar folk tune. That's where awareness begins. Public outreach works best when it speaks the language of the people and reaches them where they already are. Combining cultural traditions with environmental messaging transforms a campaign from an administrative exercise into a community movement, encouraging participation that lasts beyond a single day.

Nations are not merely declared; they are shaped and held together through moments of extraordinary resolve. In the uncertain aftermath of 1947, it was Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Architect of India, who gave form to a fragile idea and transformed it into the functioning union we now call the Republic of India. Sardar The Play revisits this rare and defining moment of statecraft, with Manoj Joshi portraying Patel with a presence that feels almost lived rather than merely performed. The play is set to make history and will go live on 25th and 26th April at Jamshed Bhabha Theatre.

Hauz Khas Village, Building No. 26: Six restaurants are running from the same building, but there is only a 2-foot-wide staircase. None of the restaurants has a Fire Department No Objection Certificate (NOC), and even the building owner admitted this on camera. The MCD has issued closure notices, but the restaurants continue to operate at night. During daytime inspections, they remain closed, making it difficult for the authorities to take action. If a fire breaks out, how will 500–700 people escape through such a narrow staircase? And how will firefighters enter the building? Are the MCD and the Delhi Government waiting for another major tragedy before taking effective action? CC: CMO Delhi, Rekha Gupta, LG Delhi, Municipal Corporation of Delhi
