New Azerbaijani incursions have taken place inside the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia, and the public has not been informed. In the Vardenis direction, Azerbaijani forces have established combat-duty positions, deployed rifle and mortar firing points, and installed other large-caliber weapons. They have built communications infrastructure, constructed operational-tactical and strategic access roads, and set up fortified shelters. The Sotk mine and villages of the Vardenis community are now under direct targeting range. The installation of solar panels indicates long-term consolidation of these positions and the capability for deeper penetration. The same pattern is visible in Jermuk, where mortar positions have also been constructed. ⁉️A simple question: if Azerbaijan claims it is preparing for peace, why is it urgently fortifying and expanding military positions before the initialing of a peace treaty? The demarcation presented as “progress” is deeply questionable when Azerbaijani forces are not withdrawing but strengthening their presence. Armenia’s security and sovereignty are not subjects for concealment. The public deserves full transparency and immediate action.
