Commissioner Baloyi asked whether Sibanyoni understood this as the contractor paying protection money to Mr Msibi. 🚨 Madlanga Commission | Retired SAPS Captain Ashley Houston testifies on Bevan Loftus Retired SAPS Captain Ashley Houston told the Madlanga Commission that the late Bevan Loftus was regarded as a notorious figure in Wentworth and was associated with the Hollywood gang. Houston explained that his description of Loftus as “notorious” was based on his alleged association with the gang and the environment in which he operated. He told the Commission that the area was affected by rival gangs, shootings, killings and drug activity, and that Loftus was known to associate with members of the Hollywood gang.
