Trooper Michael Pahira's death was 100% preventable. A Pennsylvania State Trooper — a 20-year veteran — was struck and killed on I-81 while conducting a routine commercial vehicle inspection. The driver? Michael Bon, a Haitian illegal alien who entered under Biden parole, had his status terminated, yet got a Massachusetts commercial driver's license. This is outrageous. 🚨California Truck Driver with “No Name Given” on His CDL Released by Arkansas Highway Police Arkansas highway police pulled over a truck driver who struggled to understand basic English instructions. Officers required him to identify himself — and the California CDL literally read “NO NAME GIVEN.” The officer saw it, read it aloud, acknowledged it, and appeared unbothered. The "NO NAME GIVEN" truck driver was released. This is a California-issued CDL — from the same state widely known for issuing non-domicile CDLs to illegal immigrants. An 80,000-pound truck operated by a ghost driver with no verifiable name, sharing the highway with your family, should have triggered far more scrutiny. Instead, officers simply told him to fix a broken turn signal and sent him back out on the road. This represents an unacceptable national security and public safety failure. If someone listed as “No Name Given” is allowed behind the wheel of an 80,000-pound big rig, we have lost control of our trucking industry. If California cannot even verify the identity of the people to whom it issues licenses, why should anyone trust that it has properly vetted drivers’ qualifications, background, or training? All Illegally Issued Non-Domicile CDLs should be revoked. At a minimum they should all be investigated by ICE during a CMV inspection. Non-domicile CDLs are a scam! EAD cards are a scam! 🚨ALARMING: An exhausted non-citizen truck driver from Mexico was found ASLEEP on the side of the interstate in Clarksville, AR! This driver violated hours of service rules, was driving in "personal conveyance" mode, couldn't speak English, and had NO WORK VISA—only a B1/B2 tourist visa. What's INSANE? He's 700 miles from the border, hauling a load from Mississippi to Oklahoma—NOT a cross-border shipment. This is straight-up CABOTAGE violation, illegal for foreign drivers! Arkansas Highway Police? ZERO training on this—they didn't even question the Border Crossing Card or why he's running domestic loads. Even worse, the Arkansas Highway Police chief actively worked with the Arkansas Trucking Association against legislation in this year's legislative session that would have banned the use of B1/B2 tourist visas for truck drivers in the state of Arkansas. If this happened in Oklahoma, ICE would've been called immediately. But Arkansas isn't cooperating with ICE, so they just dropped him at a hotel with a slap-on-the-wrist warning for English proficiency. 🚨 Shocking Footage: Highway Police pulls over a truck driver hauling chemicals who cannot read or speak English. The officer determines the driver fails basic English proficiency requirements and immediately puts the truck Out of Service. But here's what’s missing — they NEVER check his immigration status. Why Not? The American people are keenly aware our highways have been flooded with truck drivers unable to read and speak English. Many of these drivers have also obtained their CDLs unlawfully. This was proven by Oklahoma DPS through their cooperation with ICE through a 287g agreement. Operation Guardian has since removed over 600 illegal truck drivers.
