🚨ALARMING: An exhausted non-citizen truck driver from Mexico was found ASLEEP on the side of the interstate in Clarksville, AR! This driver violated hours of service rules, was driving in "personal conveyance" mode, couldn't speak English, and had NO WORK VISA—only a B1/B2 tourist visa. What's INSANE? He's 700 miles from the border, hauling a load from Mississippi to Oklahoma—NOT a cross-border shipment. This is straight-up CABOTAGE violation, illegal for foreign drivers! Arkansas Highway Police? ZERO training on this—they didn't even question the Border Crossing Card or why he's running domestic loads. Even worse, the Arkansas Highway Police chief actively worked with the Arkansas Trucking Association against legislation in this year's legislative session that would have banned the use of B1/B2 tourist visas for truck drivers in the state of Arkansas. If this happened in Oklahoma, ICE would've been called immediately. But Arkansas isn't cooperating with ICE, so they just dropped him at a hotel with a slap-on-the-wrist warning for English proficiency. This is a massive safety risk—exhausted illegal drivers on our roads? Wake up, America! Who's protecting our highways? 😡 #BorderCrisis #TruckSafety #Cabotage

🚨Dash Cam Video - Chinese Truck Driver Unable to Speak English Obtains CDL in California, Causes Horrific Crash 🚨 American Truckers United has learned of a horrific crash caused by a driver from China who obtained a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) in California despite speaking only Mandarin. This tragic incident occurred on June 4, 2023, in New Mexico. How many crashes like this have gone unreported? How many truck drivers from China are operating on U.S. roads? Why has the American Trucking Association (ATA) remained silent during this highway safety epidemic? L&X Transportation was based out of San Gabriel, CA. ATU has confirmed: the driver behind today’s horrific Austin, TX crash—killing 5 and injuring 11—barely spoke English. Experts say he was almost certainly on a Non-Domicile CDL. Special interest groups have flooded our roads with unvetted, unqualified, untrained drivers, endangering us all! DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION into this driver’s licensing, vetting, and training—or lack thereof! MORE CRITICALLY, LAUNCH A NATIONAL PROBE into the entities allowing illiterate, ill-trained operators onto our highways! RESTORE SAFETY, SECURITY, AND INTEGRITY TO OUR ROADS—ACT NOW BEFORE MORE LIVES ARE LOST!

🚨Why aren’t we stopping "potential" illegal alien truckers at every weigh station? American Truckers United was in Arkansas last week filming operations at a West Memphis Weigh Station — and exposed zero enforcement. None targeted. None intercepted. We must demand aggressive interior enforcement, especially against states issuing non-domicile CDLs to illegal aliens: California, New York, Illinois, Texas, Florida, and now Massachusetts after the death of Trooper Pahira. Enough is Enough *The purpose of this video is to assert that trucks from these states should be inspected. The legal status of all trucks and drivers in this video are unknown.

🚨 The Supreme Court will soon rule in a blockbuster case that could impact liability for crashes involving unvetted carriers and truck drivers: Montgomery v. Caribe Transport II and C.H. Robinson. The trucking industry—and especially brokers—is watching very closely. Freight brokers want blanket immunity from liability when they negligently select unsafe, high-risk carriers that cause devastating truck crashes. Victims like Shawn Montgomery (who lost a limb) and Dalilah Coleman deserve real accountability, not protection for middlemen who chase the cheapest (and often most dangerous) options. Dalilah and Shawn Deserve Accountability! Granting immunity means more unregulated brokers, more fly-by-night carriers, and more tragedies for families and responsible truckers. No more hiding behind preemption. Demand accountability, not immunity. Watch this breakdown of the oral arguments and see what's at stake for every driver and motorist on our roadways. #SupremeCourt #HighwaySafety #AccountabilityNotImmunity

🚨BREAKING - A founder of American Truckers United (ATU) just unleashed a jaw-dropping truth: The Arkansas Trucking Association’s full-on backing of the Biden-Harris Trucking Action Plan is the REAL reason we’re seeing a flood of non-citizen truck drivers on Arkansas highways! He’s not holding back—this move has unleashed chaos, and HB1745? It’s doing NOTHING to pump the brakes! Are we just handing over our roadways to Non-Citizens? Sound off below and spread this like wildfire—America needs to know! #TruckersSpeak #ArkansasRoads #HB1745

🚨California Truck Driver with “No Name Given” on His CDL Released by Arkansas Highway Police Arkansas highway police pulled over a truck driver who struggled to understand basic English instructions. Officers required him to identify himself — and the California CDL literally read “NO NAME GIVEN.” The officer saw it, read it aloud, acknowledged it, and appeared unbothered. The "NO NAME GIVEN" truck driver was released. This is a California-issued CDL — from the same state widely known for issuing non-domicile CDLs to illegal immigrants. An 80,000-pound truck operated by a ghost driver with no verifiable name, sharing the highway with your family, should have triggered far more scrutiny. Instead, officers simply told him to fix a broken turn signal and sent him back out on the road. This represents an unacceptable national security and public safety failure. If someone listed as “No Name Given” is allowed behind the wheel of an 80,000-pound big rig, we have lost control of our trucking industry. If California cannot even verify the identity of the people to whom it issues licenses, why should anyone trust that it has properly vetted drivers’ qualifications, background, or training? All Illegally Issued Non-Domicile CDLs should be revoked. At a minimum they should all be investigated by ICE during a CMV inspection. Non-domicile CDLs are a scam! EAD cards are a scam! Pass The Dalilah Law today!

🚨 SHOCKING: A truck driver who can't speak or read English gets caught TWICE — placed out of service for the SAME dangerous violation — yet he's RIGHT BACK on our highways, endangering YOUR family! This is happening NOW, in direct defiance of President Trump's orders! No impound. No arrest. Driver gets to stay in the truck and gets to keep his commercial driver's license. This is how dangerous, unqualified drivers keep rolling down OUR highways, endangering all of our families! Weak enforcement is putting everyone's lives at risk. When will the FMCSA issue guidance to impound these rigs, revoke the licenses, and get these dangerous drivers OFF our highways as the President ordered? Demand REAL enforcement from the FMCSA! Detain the Driver! Impound the Truck! Revoke the License!

🚨ALARMING: A California truck driver who couldn't understand BASIC English commands was stopped by Arkansas Highway Police... and then RELEASED right back onto the roads! No questions about immigration status. NOTHING.🚨 This is the SAME Arkansas Highway Police leadership that teamed up with the Arkansas Trucking Association to PUSH HB1745—a bill that attempted to legalize NON-DOMICILE LEARNERS PERMITS on Arkansas roadways. Why NO check on immigration status? Why NOT put him out of service for English Language Proficiency (ELP) violations? Why NO out-of-service for logbook violations? Why did it take over two months to produce this video? And WHY on earth would they support laws to flood our roads with MORE unqualified drivers like this? Who's protecting American drivers? Demand answers NOW! #TruckSafety #ArkansasHighwayPolice #HB1745

🚨Drugged Cuban Truck Driver Massacres Family of Four — CH Robinson (Wall Street Freight Broker) Now Asking Supreme Court for Get-Out-of-Jail-Free Card The day before Christmas, a family of four was wiped out by a Cuban national truck driver hauling freight for CH Robinson. The driver couldn't speak English, was high on crystal meth and cocaine, then fled back to Cuba — and was never held accountable. Now CH Robinson is at the Supreme Court begging for immunity from lawsuits over crashes just like this one. They profit off these loads while American families pay with their lives. ENOUGH. Hold everyone profiting off these deaths accountable — including the freight brokers who keep hiring unsafe carriers and shady operators. No more blood money. No more immunity. Safety over profits. American roads for accountable drivers. #AmericanTruckersUnited #NoImmunityForBrokers #HoldThemAccountable

💔Justice For Dalilah Coleman! Pass Dalilah's Law! Precious Dalilah Coleman has to go back under the knife. The bone they removed and replaced in her skull is now deteriorating and dying. She’s scheduled for another skull surgery in Los Angeles on August 3. Meanwhile, the illegal alien truck driver who caused this horrific crash is walking free in India — zero accountability, zero justice. This is unacceptable. PASS DALILAH’S LAW NOW! Get these illegal alien truck drivers off Americas roads! Dalilah's Law is the #1 legislative priority for America’s trucking industry and every lawmaker who claims to care about public safety should expedite this bill. No more foreign nationals with no legal status behind the wheel of 80,000-lb rigs. No more American families paying the price while criminals flee the country.
