How "Omemma" by Chandler Moore Miraculously Brought Daberechi Back to Life! Picking up from the story of my Ijaw woman’s intense labor, she finally pushed out our baby girl—so pale, all white at first sight. The midwives placed her on my wife’s belly while we both tried to…..

There’s something deeply disturbing reportedly happening in Ozoro right now, and it honestly shouldn’t be ignored. I’m seeing videos and hearing claims about young women being harassed and sexually assaulted in public…..both during the day and at night. If this is truly happening, it’s not just wrong, it’s completely unacceptable. This is not culture. This is not “a thing.” This is abuse. The authorities really need to step in urgently, investigate what’s going on, and ensure the safety of people in that community. We can’t normalize or look away from something like this. Cc: RUKEVWE👸✨ how true is this abeg?

There’s something about women who are genuinely into a man. When they care deeply, they tend to be open, expressive, and vulnerable….sometimes to the point where their actions or words may seem excessive or overwhelming. If a man isn’t emotionally intelligent, he might misinterpret that vulnerability as desperation or “craziness.” But the moment that trust is taken for granted or mishandled, something shifts. They withdraw. And when they do, it’s almost unbelievable how easily they can detach, move on, and treat the same man like a complete stranger. Vulnerability is not weakness. It’s a privilege, and once it’s abused, it’s rarely offered again.

Earlier this year, I posted a video of my baby girl consuming over 65 cans of NAN 1 & 2 baby formula and the whole X community had a field day. Some dropped the most insensitive comments, saying things like, “Why can’t the mother just breastfeed exclusively?” I honestly laughed, because it was clear many people have no idea what some mothers actually go through. The truth is, there are women who can’t lactate properly and some can’t produce breast milk at all. In such cases, introducing formula isn’t a choice; it’s survival. It’s about making sure the baby doesn’t starve. Now, watch the video below and listen to the stories of other mothers who faced lactation challenges. Maybe then, a little more understanding and compassion will replace the quick judgments.
