It’s kids’ first day at Waypoint Academy, the new outdoors-based Alpha School. They do their AI-powered academics in two hours, then spend the rest of the day exploring and learning outside. I couldn’t be more jealous.

Strong disagree. You take your kids to Disney at the age they’re in love with imaginary play.

8-year-old is spending most of the summer on grandpa’s farm and I’m not sure we’ll ever get him back

8-year-old had picked out a puppy right before we decided to move to Austin, and landed in a spot that didn’t have room for a dog. He’s been asking if he could get a puppy literally every day for the past year. Last night we finally surprised him.

Apparently the kids in my son’s school (Alpha School) have been using AI to generate songs to help them memorize their spelling words. He always makes his heavy metal. I have to admit this would have 100% worked on me.

Daughter’s final project for Alpha School this year was for the kids to organize and throw a music festival. The academics are excellent but she definitely learned more from this project than anything else this year.

And so it begins. We’re using AI to try and turn around a bankrupt company (Marin Software) in six weeks. A film crew is following us as we do so and will be releasing it as a reality TV show.

So in a strange turn of events it turns out that, despite having a funny-looking swing, Trump is indeed a very, very good golfer. Definitely capable of winning club tournaments and legitimately a single-digit handicap.

Everyone is ripping on this girl for feeling entitled to a more impressive job just because of her degrees. But some of the responsibility should be shared by the people who told her for 20 years if she just got degrees people would be begging to hire her.

Forget politics, this is hard to watch on a purely human level. Let this poor guy rest.
