MAX VEIFER RESPONDS Max was the person who recorded the two Bankstown hospital nurses Sarah Abu Lebdeh and Ahmad Rashad Nadir allegedly threatening to murder Israeli patients. He responds to his video being rules as inadmissable because the nurses' lawyers argued they had not onsented to the recording. Do you agree with Max re the message this sends? (We have seen one opinion that all CCTV evidence could be now subject to such arguments.)
