Three years ago, on these same days, I and part of my team were in Kyiv. We refused to evacuate to continue our work on the ground. When Bucha was released, we immediately sent mobile groups to work there. And we were shocked. All this hell that we faced in those days is the result of total impunity that Russia has enjoyed for decades — they have never been punished. Russians believe that they can do whatever they want. We must establish a special tribunal to hold Putin and other war criminals accountable.
