Something doesn't seem right with Arsenal's strikers at the moment. Kai Havertz and Viktor Gyökeres have been starting games together, but neither has really found the consistency or sharpness we're expecting from them. Tonight, Mikel Arteta decided to leave both on the bench and started Gabriel Jesus instead. Unfortunately, Jesus also failed to take his chance, missing a good opportunity before being substituted. Gyökeres was then brought on, but it was more of the same. He made some good runs and looked threatening at times, but couldn't find the back of the net before Arteta eventually replaced him with Havertz. Havertz also made some intelligent runs into the box but couldn't finish his chances. That leaves Arteta with a real headache ahead of Man City on Sunday. 😬 All three strikers are struggling for goals at the moment, and that's the last thing Arsenal need when we're about to face one of the biggest games of the season. Arteta has plenty of options, but right now, none of his three strikers are giving him an obvious answer. 🔴⚪

I've never seen any first-team player come off the bench or get substituted during the game and start showing frustration or get mad at the coach. What kind of mentality has Arteta built into this squad? 😭 Everyone seems completely bought into the team, regardless of their individual role. At this point, I'm starting to wonder if Arteta is running the club as a cult 😂🔴⚪️

It’s honestly surprising how fluid and attacking our football looked back then, despite having less quality in the squad compared to what Arteta has now. Sometimes I watch these old highlights and wonder where that freedom and creativity went. 😭 The players are better now, but the football isn't.

Manchester City fans think everyone wants them punished because they’re jealous of their success. It’s not jealousy. Their dominance affected rival clubs too — denying teams Champions League places, winning titles and even taking Arsenal’s best players. People aren’t angry because City succeeded. They’re questioning the effects it had on others

Looks more comfortable coming for a high cross into the box than he does carrying a baby. The best goalkeeper in the world looking for his wife to lend a hand. 🥰

This pretty much sums up the Ødegaard vs Bruno Fernandes debate Bruno’s biggest career game was a Europa League final against a relegation-battling Tottenham… and he LOST. He has never played beyond the Champions League quarter-finals. And his greatest career trophy is the FA Cup. 😭 16-year-old Max Dowman and 18 year Old Myles Lewis-Skelly have played bigger games and won bigger trophies than 32 year old Bruno Fernandes

At Arsenal , it is a different mentality. You either have the zeal to win or you are out of Arteta's project

🛑George Graham was calling out the media’s anti-Arsenal bias back in 1990/91. Three decades later, the headlines, narratives and double standards look exactly the same! Some things never change 🤷‍♂️
