Had a couple of run ins with the biggest ghoster in EUW Challenger recently. In just a few days I saw him ghost Raider, Agurin, Lil TommyG, Sinerias and me and I didn't even look that hard. Most people are aware of it as ghosters are fairly rare and obvious in high elo. This problem is exacerbated by the fact that this is apparently a pro player for Bushido Wildcats. BW CINGENEM#KINGO or Ronaldo is the biggest ghoster I've seen in recent years. Possible name change incoming. Apparently he streams on Kick and always has multiple browsers watching twitch, never types so he doesn't get listed as an active viewer within the chat list. Every lobby he will scan multiple streams to see which streamers are out of game/in queue(q times in high elo go up to 20 minutes) then he will ask for a ban of one while he himself bans another person from the lobby. This is just unfathomable to me. High elo players, streamers and pro players all have a vested interest in league of legends success. Nobody wants a toxic environment where everyone is afraid to broadcast their gameplay. To act like this as all 3 is completely parasitic and it relies on the good will and passion for the game of everybody else. When encountered this behavior should be shunned and shamed. You are welcome to verify and check his vods based on opgg list of games vs various streamers. I am just tired of going into games and having to question whether there is foul play be it on my side or theirs. League of legends shines best when everybody plays fair but we all compete with each other. Friendly atmosphere where we all have the same goals. Improve, climb, have fun and entertain the audiences.

I have been asked and given permission by Moose (The original poster on reddit front page) to amplify and post this on twitter, which I will gladly do. For context this video is a comeback in Diamond 1 (99.65 percentile skill) with a 0/21 Fiora top lane. I am ecstatic that this conversation about FF culture going overboard, has been brought to light finally. The current perception of the average player about the chance to win games, is in my opinion, heavily distorted and skewed. My original fear was that enabling non unanimous surrender at 15 will incredibly harm the quality of those next 5 minutes which I believe has happened. We hear about "only 3-5% of games that are 4/1 votes are won" but it's quite literally impossible to have control for the stats. There doesn't exist a world where surrendering isn't enabled. So a lot players after a failed surrender vote inevitably become a self fulfilling prophecy seeking the outcome they "predicted". Even Riot Phroxzon laid out the problems accurately which begs the question, why doesn't Riot back it up with active decisions. The way I see it, the game will not improve or get to a healthier state until we revert the surrender changes at 15 and either make it unanimous or we completely abolish FF at 15. Before you lose your mind about playing games "You don't want to"(which is weird because you pressed Accept knowing very well game might go for 30 minutes or longer), keep in mind that snowball levels of the game have been brough back so much that we went stat wise 6 seasons into the past by Riot's own account. I am aware I have no way to prove to you that after implementing these changes that the game will significantly improve within 2 months as all of this is theoretical and speculative. What I can do is implore you to play the next 5-10 games with surrender vote disabled, as if they are a perfectly winnable and give your best. Your results of this little experiment will do the work for me.
