From Player to CEO: Vlad joined B8 in December 2024 as COO — and one year later, just last month, he stepped into the role of CEO. The club first met Vlad back in 2021, when B8 Esports entered Valorant and he was the team’s captain. Before moving into management, Vlad spent over ten years as a professional player in CS:GO and later Valorant. He played for NAVI, Team Spirit, k1ck, Entropiq and other teams. He was an IGL, leading rosters and building teams. His daily work now includes business development, operations, and managing the CS roster. His mornings start with checking partner obligations, taking care of the team, and handling financial planning — essentially, most club processes pass through him in one way or another. «Every day I wake up with the thought that I would like to build one of the best esports clubs in the world, that’s going to be known worldwide and be on top of CS. Of course, we would like to expand in the future, but our priority is the best game - Сounter-Strike.» — he summed it up. Over the past year, B8 Esports has grown steadily: qualifying for two Majors in a row and consistently competing in Tier-1 events. Vlad believes this is only the beginning — and expects the team to break into the global Top 10 within a year or two.

It’s been a little over two years since Andrii “npl” Kukharskyi joined us on loan from NAVI Throughout this time, the team has evolved - not just in-game, but as a unit overall.
