How three people Sekar, Priya & Nehru greedily destroyed Mount Road! A road built by the British that has stood the test of time and, even today, doesn’t suffer inundation during rains. Yet, supposedly in the name of development, the DMK sleuths used a ChatGPT-generated DPR and carried out this nonsense, leaving Chennai’s people to suffer. DMK should never, ever come back to power.

Another mindless development project by the DMK under E. V. Velu, the then State Highways Minister. Road expansion from Adyar to Rajbhavan! The same man was responsible for the Teynampet–Saidapet flyover as well. This was once a green belt. Today, it looks like a bloody well-lit stadium, not because of development, but because the age-old trees on both sides have been chopped down. Nearly 200–300 of Chennai’s old trees—gone. 🌳 This area was once a habitat for spotted deer. Today, it looks like a war-ravaged landscape. In fact, the entire stretch now resembles E. V. Velu’s bald head, not a tree in sight! 🤦🤣 All they had to do was build an elevated highway and save the trees. Instead, they chose the most destructive and idiotic option. And what about the birds? How many nesting sites have been destroyed along with those trees? As Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam rightly said: “I did everything, but the birds never came back. When I started planting trees, they all came back.” One more reason why DMK should never, ever come back to power.

People often ask, "What have you achieved in your life?" The answer is in this video. My writ petition, W.P. No. 27356 of 2019, led to action against around 300 illegal brick kilns in Coimbatore. Today, large herds of elephants are reclaiming their habitat. Black leopards and even tigers are returning to these landscapes. There can be no greater reward than witnessing nature heal itself. These are the moments that will make me dance all the way to my grave with a smile. Tamil Nadu Forest Department RV Ranjithkumar CMOTamilNadu

Congress government (Karnataka Forest Department) in Karnataka sent another Temple Elephant from Hampi to WRRC foreign funded illegal NGO. A direct attack on Hindu Temples/Article 25 continues with Congress support. Please note WRRC was reprimanded by Madras HC for the same offence in WP6030/2019! Dear CMOTamilNadu, It is with great pain and frustration that I am writing this. In our area, there was absolutely no necessity for constructing a new stormwater drain. There was already a well established sewage canal, reportedly a British era construction, with a natural drainage system leading towards the Adyar River. Around 15 December 2025, work on the stormwater drain commenced. In the process, the existing canal was indiscriminately excavated and destroyed, without apparently establishing what infrastructure lay underneath. Sewage was mixed with the Metro Water pipeline, roads were damaged and the entire neighbourhood was thrown into chaos. Today, nearly eight and a half months later, the situation remains unresolved. We continue to face severe traffic congestion, water stagnation and a serious mosquito menace. Most alarmingly, the Metro Water Department has still not identified or rectified the point at which sewage is contaminating the water supply. Consequently, residents have been unable to safely use the Metro Water supply and are being forced to purchase tanker water at considerable expense. This cannot simply be dismissed as an unfortunate infrastructure failure. There must be accountability for how such a project was conceived, sanctioned, executed and supervised. If there has been corruption, collusion or gross negligence, the entire chain of responsibility must be investigated, including the concerned Minister, Mayor, senior officials, engineers, contractors and other persons responsible, irrespective of their political affiliation. What has happened amounts to a Himalayan waste of public money and has caused enormous hardship to ordinary citizens. Beautiful residential streets have been destroyed, public infrastructure damaged and, even after eight and a half months, the project remains incomplete. I had earlier approached the Hon'ble High Court through a PIL in public interest. Unfortunately, my petition was dismissed. I may not understand the reasons for that outcome, but I am certainly not going to abandon the issue. If necessary, I will now pursue the matter in my individual capacity and seek appropriate legal remedies against the Greater Chennai Corporation and all other authorities responsible for the continuing hardship caused to residents. I respectfully request you to take personal note of this issue and order a comprehensive, independent inquiry into the entire project, including the tendering process, execution, destruction of the existing drainage infrastructure, contamination of the Metro Water supply, expenditure incurred and the continuing failure to complete the work. The people of this area have suffered enough. Please support us in bringing accountability to this matter. Thank you.
