He's eaten by himself for the first time today, so we're hoping he's turned a corner 🤞🏻 The vet said he should stay there until Tuesday to make sure he's on the mend 🙏🏻 Bailey had to be taken to the South with suspected distemper and quarantined 😞 He was also placed on IV straight away and seems to be doing OK, but he needs a few more days monitoring before they can give a verdict. We're being updated daily on his progress. Today is a wonderful day at LAW! 😍 Berani has finally left the clinic and is joining her new family at our Celuk Buluh shelter 😁🥰 We'll keep her separate for a week or two to let her settle in and get used to her new surroundings, gradually introducing her to a couple of the other dogs. She's very friendly with humans, but very nervous around other dogs at the moment. The guy who alerted us to her has let us down very badly 😞 He said he would like to adopt her when she was better and would fundraise to help us pay for the veterinary care. Now he's changed his mind about adopting her and hasn't raised a penny 😢 We're determined Berani will have a good home with us and be well taken care of, regardless! ❤ We never put them back out on the streets to fend for themselves. He's eating much better now, but he's mostly only taking one meal a day. A little update on Yuki ❤ She's had a few medicated baths along with her med's and is looking a lot cleaner. Her skin problems are also showing signs of improvement already 😍 At the moment she's still very fragile, but she has the will to get better 💪💪💪 At first, all she wanted to do was lay down in her bed, which is understandable because her body needs to start to recover. She's now started to take little walks, so we've covered her bare skin with a T-shirt to avoid sun burn. We're so happy that she's taking these little steps! 😍🐶🥰 Yuki's currently on 4 small meals of recovery food daily, to allow her stomach to get used to digesting again. She's actually getting up to go and eat when she smells the food now, which is wonderful 😊 She's still struggling to walk and has quite a way to go before she's fully fit, but all the signs seem to be good! She's definitely going in the right direction 😊💪🐶❤❤❤ Yuki is only one of many we're helping by providing food, shelter, veterinary care, medication and a dedicated team to give them all the love and care they need. We desperately need your help! Our little cutie Lulu is currently at the vet clinic in the South 😞 She was boisterously playing with the other dogs and slid into a wall with her back end. She carried on playing, but soon after she laid down and when she went to get back up, she couldn't manage it. As there is no X-ray machine at our local vet, they came out and examined her and advised us to take her to the vet in the South. She's had the X-ray and so far nothing looks to be fractured or broken. That was expensive enough, but now they want to run various other tests which are crazy expensive for us 😩 That's before any treatment ensues. Please can you donate any amount to help us pay for the travel costs and the bill to cover her treatment? As always, we are eternally grateful for any amount 🙏🏻 We are running on fresh air at the moment and it's so frightening to be in this position with so many dogs to care for. It's with a broken heart, I have to break the sad news that our Champ died during the night 😭💔 Champ was one of our very first rescues. Anyone who has been with us from the beginning will know what a superstar he was. We found him in a ditch, in a very poor state and didn't think he had much chance of surviving past a few days, but Champ decided otherwise. Having his hind legs amputated was no obstacle for Champ! He never let that stand in his way of chasing me, trying to nip my bum! 😂 He was full of life and character. Although we are desperately sad that he's no longer with us, we're comforted by the fact that we gave him the best life possible and he really did make the most of it ❤ Rest in peace, Champ. It's with a broken heart, I have to break the sad news that our Champ died during the night 😭💔 Champ was one of our very first rescues. Anyone who has been with us from the beginning will know what a superstar he was. We found him in a ditch, in a very poor state and didn't think he had much chance of surviving past a few days, but Champ decided otherwise. Having his hind legs amputated was no obstacle for Champ! He never let that stand in his way of chasing me, trying to nip my bum! 😂 He was full of life and character. Although we are desperately sad that he's no longer with us, we're comforted by the fact that we gave him the best life possible and he really did make the most of it ❤ Rest in peace, Champ. You were loved 🌈 🙏🏻❤🐾❤💔

Sorry for not updating sooner, but I've been so sick with flu and a chest infection, I haven't had the energy to do anything 😩 I'm still battling the chest infection 😭 I thought you'd all like to see how little Dalee is progressing. Her skin has cleared up and she's gained weight 😍☺ She's healthy enough to have her first lot of vaccinations ☺ Such a huge difference in a short amount of time 🐶😍 We can't help these lovely dogs without your help. Hi all! Say hello to Yuki 🐶❤ Putu happened upon her on the main road and couldn't bear to leave her there in such a devastating state. The videos tell all 😞 It looks like she's had her mouth tied and managed to free herself, but it seems to have caused damage to her tooth 💔 Her poor little body has been completely ravaged with ticks and fleas and she's malnourished. Today is a wonderful day at LAW! 😍 Berani has finally left the clinic and is joining her new family at our Celuk Buluh shelter 😁🥰 We'll keep her separate for a week or two to let her settle in and get used to her new surroundings, gradually introducing her to a couple of the other dogs. She's very friendly with humans, but very nervous around other dogs at the moment. The guy who alerted us to her has let us down very badly 😞 He said he would like to adopt her when she was better and would fundraise to help us pay for the veterinary care. Now he's changed his mind about adopting her and hasn't raised a penny 😢 We're determined Berani will have a good home with us and be well taken care of, regardless! ❤ We never put them back out on the streets to fend for themselves. In 2 weeks she'll be sterilised too. One of our goals is to try to get the numbers of unwanted puppies down, so every dog under our care goes through the procedure to battle those numbers. Veterinary care is very costly, even with charity status discount, it drains the funds drastically 😩 Please help us to get the best care possible for our lovely rescues. A little update on Yuki ❤ She's had a few medicated baths along with her med's and is looking a lot cleaner. Her skin problems are also showing signs of improvement already 😍 At the moment she's still very fragile, but she has the will to get better 💪💪💪 At first, all she wanted to do was lay down in her bed, which is understandable because her body needs to start to recover. She's now started to take little walks, so we've covered her bare skin with a T-shirt to avoid sun burn. We're so happy that she's taking these little steps! 😍🐶🥰 Yuki's currently on 4 small meals of recovery food daily, to allow her stomach to get used to digesting again. She's actually getting up to go and eat when she smells the food now, which is wonderful 😊 She's still struggling to walk and has quite a way to go before she's fully fit, but all the signs seem to be good! She's definitely going in the right direction 😊💪🐶❤❤❤ Yuki is only one of many we're helping by providing food, shelter, veterinary care, medication and a dedicated team to give them all the love and care they need. We're almost running on empty and it's a constant struggle to bring in the donations we need to help them. ANY amount helps us to continue to do this work. We desperately need donations to get us from month to month!
