There was a time I grew up watching foreign bullet trains in Japanese shows, news clips & magazines, which I used to collect. I also used to wonder if I would ever see one built on Indian soil. SHAMEFUL!!! The Govt. of WB is currently restoring the colour of road dividers according to international standards, i.e., yellow, white, and black. But people have already started spitting gutkha stains on them. I urge Agnimitra Paul BJP ma'am and Umesh Rai sir to make an app where ordinary citizens like us can report people who spit gutkha everywhere with proof, resulting in them being fined. A 20% reward could be given to the person who reports it. People of Bengal love getting free money; I'm sure this will greatly improve the situation. P.S.: If you're trying to blame people from UP and Bihar for this, let me tell you the number of dehati Bengalis is no less either.
