following what happens to onionsan in chapter 5 i've been thinking again about how clam girl appears at the lake in ch 2 if you don't talk to onionsan in ch 1, only to appear as clam guy when talking to her and tell you about onionsan. wtf is the goners' deal with onionsan

just discovered unused code for the overworld enemies in deltarune to shoot bullets that trigger the (partially) unused ambush mechanic when hitting you

chapter 3's tcrf page was updated with a cut attacks subpage and this unused behavior for the knight's roar animation is so cool

figuring out how to use deltarune's palette swapping system greenelle may become real

i found the code for this in the files!! it's in an object called obj_bushjump, it's a bit broken by default due to the assets being moved at some point and a bit of the code being fucked with/deleted for some reason, but i was able to fix it

third sanctuary is fully charted for guitar in the rhythm game in chapter 5 btw. there's also data for flower man and a dark zone, both lack any charting but a dark zone will spawn jackenstein's pumpkin guys (and also breaks all text alignment until you reset the game lmao)

found this weird little talking tenna object in chapter 3's files lol, also figured out how to make it say custom lines
