I’m surrounded now by armed and masked settlers, who are leading a terror attack on Masafer Yatta as I write. Dozens of settlers arrived to friend Naser’s house in Susya, throwing stones at his home, smashing his vehicle, and slashing tires with knive.

It’s not easy for me to write this, but my community Masafer Yatta will be destroyed unless more activists and journalists don’t urgently come and join us on the ground. Settlers are now in Khalet Al-Dabia village 24/7 after the army destroyed it.

happening now next to my house, Israeli settlers and occupation soldiers invading my neighbors’ garden under the pretext that there is something (sacred to pray to!). They just come with lots of weapons and soldiers and close the village roads preventing us from moving.

settlers eventually returned to the outpost before the eyes of the police and soldiers. Now,soldiers are ordering us to stay inside our homes in the village, while those who attack and could’ve slaughtered the residents and in their homes roam freely, masked, around the village.

Anyone who cared about No Other Land should care about what is actually happening on the ground: today our water tanks, 9 homes and 3 ancient caves were destroyed. Masafer Yatta is disappearing in front of my eyes. Only one name for these actions: ethnic cleansing.
