Back in California went into the grocery store and was told I couldn’t even pay for a plastic bag anymore because the idiots in Sacramento passed an even worse bag ban! Now you can only use paper bags, so I had to do a follow up on my first bag ban video from almost ten years ago when the bag bans started!
