So in his interview with Putin, he absurdly portrayed China as the new "colonial power", ridiculously claiming it violates the sovereignty of other BRICS members. Putin debunked this "bogeyman" propaganda, stressing that "China's foreign policy philosophy is NOT aggressive" and that Beijing seeks peaceful cooperation.
