Today was the last day of an extended break and the 1st day of 75 Hard. Managed to train 3 hrs/day all 6 days. Read (listened) daily. Stayed at caloric deficit every day but NYE. Starting today, I will just track diligently. Starting weight: 225lbs Goal: sub 15% bf (I expect 195 lbs) Will update here throughout sporadically & on IG daily.

Live poker recently developed a side game called La Cucaracha, usually to pay time & tip each half. The gist is everyone antes in a bomb pot & then there's a single betting round on the flop of pot or fold. CoinPoker's new client has adopted a variant of this for PLO & its the closest I've ever come to enjoying 4 card.
