The 1971 war between India and Pakistan, which led to the creation of Bangladesh, is a historical event shrouded in complex narratives. Indian intervention and a meticulously planned attack on East Pakistan's sovereignty have been intertwined with claims of conspiracy and collusion. The training of Mukti Bahini terrorists before the war and the simultaneous birth of the Special Frontier Force add layers to the conspiracy theory. The conflict escalated with Operation Searchlight initiated by Pakistan in March 1971, aiming to restore order. However, it is contended that Mukti Bahini's activities, supported by India, had already set the stage for a full-fledged civil war. Controversies surround the number of casualties during the war, with figures ranging from 50,000 to 3 million. Scholars like Sarmila Bose challenge the widely accepted narrative, pointing to atrocities committed by Mukti Bahini and Awami Leaguers. #1971War #MuktiBahini #PakistanArmy #16December1971 #16December2014

Mandhokha Waterfall is located in Khamrang Valley, Skardu, on the route to Kargil. It is approximately 50 km from Skardu, requiring about 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach. The waterfall is surrounded by scenic green areas. Although some believe it is artificial, its 180-foot height and gushing water make it an ideal spot for cooling off in the summer, though it can be quite cold in the winter.

In institutions such as DHA, Fauji Foundation, and other military organizations, which are often criticized in the context of taxation, the employees are not exclusively uniformed military personnel. In fact, a significant majority are civilians. These institutions not only contribute substantial revenue in terms of income tax and duties but also provide numerous employment opportunities for non-military personnel.
