Now this is truly what Pokémon VR could be. I'm super proud of this even if it's a bit rough and not finished. This is the culmination of everything I've learned so far with voice commands, a custom animation, lots of effects and scripting. I would play the heck out of this game.

Ok so Sonic Adventure VR is really coming along now. It's feeling really good. I also was able to make it so that you can toggle VR loops when you loop as sonic so the camera actually follows the loop instead of staying locked horizontally. Thanks to a suggestion on Reddit to have the game world itself rotate instead of sonic and that actually feels pretty comfortable.

I thought about buying an Xbox for Indiana Jones...but then I realized I already owned an "Xbox" sort of. Playing Gamepass on the Quest 3 has gotten so good. Plus I can play with my PS5 controller which I prefer. Zero noticable latency. 🤯

Un-freaking-believable. This is Half-Life 2 running standalone on the Quest 3 and dang it looks and play great already! It still has it's issues as it's in active development but dang, this is insane. Check out the Flat2VR discord in the comments for more. These mod devs are doing amazing work!

Alright so the visuals look much better now that the rendering is fixed properly for the MOH Allied Assault Mod. I will experiment with some visual mods later to see if they work. For now I'm working on fixing the gun behavior and making sure that aiming feels good. Then we will see if we can get two handed aiming working.

Soon playing PlayStation 5 games on your Quest 3 is going to be insanely easy. Asobi is a phone app for streaming your PS5 games both from your local console and via Wi-Fi, and also playing PSN streaming games. There is a native application that's currently in testing on the Quest 3 right now I just got to test out. It works incredibly well and there are a ton of settings that you can adjust and change, including the ability to play games in what sounds like a 3D mode, which I haven't tested yet and that is still very early. Apparently. This is insanely easy in comparison to having to side load a separate PSN app or another Android app and try to authenticate. This was so so easy.

This is unfreaking believable. I feel like I just ran through a real forest. By far the most realistic forest I've ever seen in VR. This 4090 is already doing wonders teamed up with UEVR and UE5.

I absolutely love that you can play retro flat games from several consoles and handhelds native on the Quest 3 without any type of side loading required with this new application Retro Game Dev VR. You have to source your own backups of the games but I love it. And the room looks fantastic on Quest 3 too. You can play at a desk on a small CRT monitor on your large CRT TV or on a handheld while laying in bed. Oh and spatial audio too.
