Fikirini Jacob’s, the Youth Affairs PS, hired Cecil Otieno aka Ceska yesterday to mobilize youth for him. After they disagreed on payment, Ceska was shot dead. Ceska was a well-known “Mobiliser” in Nairobi politics. No politician is worth your life. Being a goon is not a job.

A letter notifying the police of today’s peaceful march to Parliament marking the second anniversary of June 25th and stating that Kenyans will be marching countrywide, was delivered to Police Spokesman Michael Nyaga Muchiri by five lawyers. Here is the video we recorded as the letter was handed over in the presence of former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga, former Justice Minister and Senior Counsel Martha Karua, Professor of Law and Senior Counsel Kivutha Kibwana, Senior Counsel Gitobu Imanyara and Senior Counsel James Orengo. The police had sufficient time to prepare to protect marchers and ensure that no goons infiltrate to harm protesters or loot businesses. It is the duty of the police to protect lives and property for all and to arrest criminals. If any goons appear today and are not arrested, we shall know they are working for President Ruto. #Justice4OurMashujaa #HakiSasa #JusticeNow

I’m 43 years old today. I’m celebrating life and how far I have come. Countless beatings, arrests, torture, been shot, and endless trolling, yet I’m still here. The sacrifice was not in vain. Together, we have made a real difference in our fight for a better Kenya. Today, I’m launching a fundraiser to fuel the next chapter of this journey. Because if we want a Kenya that truly belongs to us, we must fund it ourselves. No billionaires. No hidden deals. Just ordinary Kenyans contributing what they can. #43forBonnie is now open. Give any amount that contains 43, 43 bob, 143, 430, 4,300, or even more if you can. Challenge 3 friends. Post it. Let the world see. Every single shilling contributed will be published and fully accounted for publicly, while respecting the privacy of those who request anonymity. This is our presidential campaign. Drop your contribution below and tag 3 people. Let’s do this! #MwanzoMpyaKE #LoveAndCourageKE #PendaKenya #43forbonnie

We paid a surprise visit to Abdullahi, a former Chase Bank manager who turned his love for books into Nuria Bookstore Kenya, a hub for African and self-published literature. He also runs a quiet initiative providing free sanitary pads via a dispenser, ensuring dignity and access for women.

This is why we as Kenyan men should speak boldly, and loudly against #EndFemicideKE. These two men hatefully tell these young ladies, “We are going to kill you!” As a man and a father, these men don’t speak for the men I know. William Samoei Ruto, PhD where is your voice? #TotalShutDownKE

Uganda allowed dictator Museveni to promote his diaper-wearing man-child to head the military, and now they’re reaping the consequences. He is abducting, torturing, and killing citizens while live-tweeting his crimes. If Kenya gives Kasongo another chance, he and his family will be far worse. Watch and learn. His son is already running a matatu business, bullying police officers and competitors. The matatu business is mafia-like that’s exactly why Sonko remains a politician to reckon with even after impeachment. You can expect that Ruto’s son will be the one breaking legs and pulling out teeth if you’re foolish enough to re-elect his murderous father. Just last week, he abducted seven active citizens, tortured them, and dumped their bodies. Those abductors are a killer squad. It’s only a matter of time before IG Kanja, DCI Amin, and NIS Noordin begin capturing and killing those opposing Ruto. And we in the opposition remain stuck and unable to unite because one old, rich, cantankerous man claims he has 7 million votes and demands 75% of government in any coalition. Meanwhile, the NIS is pouring money to puff up and swell a few people’s heads just to delay any proper formation. Stop giving a loaded gun to a monkey. Ni hayo tu.

I have been in touch with some Kenyans who are in the Russian military. Our embassy in Moscow has refused to help them, and today they asked me to release their names: 1. Nicholas Kaino Kiprotich 2. Samuel Maina Kariuki 3. Kelvin Lemashon They are in Taunishevka, Western Russia, waiting to be deployed. None of their friends who have been sent to the frontline has come back alive. The video below is from a group of Kenyans before they were deployed; two of them, David and Reuben, are dead. “It is more fulfilling when you fight than when you surrender. Fight on until you succeed. Those who fall, get up, fight on, and win.” — Koigi wa Wamwere I recently spent some time with Koigi wa Wamwere, a former political prisoner and human rights activist. Koigi is Kenya’s longest-serving political detainee, having spent a total of about 13 years in prison across five different incarcerations between 1975 and 1996. He is one of Kenya’s most respected voices for freedom, justice, and democracy.

Today, police shot dead four Kenyans protesting the fuel price hike. Murkomen held a press conference this evening and spoke at length about the loss of property, with only a brief mention of the loss of lives. In Kenya, human life appears to have no value. Protests happen all over the world, some of them violent yet police in other countries routinely use non-lethal means to contain them. The police have no business using live bullets against unarmed citizens except in truly exceptional circumstances. Murkomen also claims politicians incited the looting and violence during today’s protests. However, just as in the past two years, these allegations will likely not be investigated, and no one will be arrested or prosecuted. Blaming public anger on a few politicians is an insult to Kenyans’ intelligence. The cost of living has skyrocketed, and many can barely afford three square meals a day, while Murkomen wears million-shilling suits and a Rolex Yacht-Master 37 Rose Gold watch worth KSh 4 million. They are stealing from us, flaunting the stolen money through lavish weddings, parties, helicopters, and expensive vehicles, then turning around to ask Kenyans why they are angry. This government lacks sense, direction, and integrity. With 449 days to go, we will send this regime packing and hold accountable those who stole from us and killed unarmed citizens. The police commanders responsible for the deaths of innocent protesters will be prosecuted. #RutoMustGo

A better angle of the police officers in a civilian car who are pretending to be protesters to attract people they can arrest. They’re driving around Nairobi CBD shouting #RutoMustGo. Criminal behaviour by a criminal regime. IPOA National Police Service-Kenya

Abductions and torture are back in Kenya. Davis Lichuma was found almost naked, and badly tortured. He is so traumatized that he can barely speak. No Kenyan should be abducted and tortured for exercising their constitutional rights. This is how dictatorship starts, and we must resist this Ruto’s regime Gestapo tactics. #EndAbductionsKE
