Just did my first MOTS-c pin today and started conservative at 2mg. Felt absolutely nothing right away, no energy surge or noticeable change yet. Did the pin at 5:00am and worked out at 6:30am. A few of you mentioned getting a pretty quick boost. For those who’ve run it (especially at lower doses like 2-5mg): How long did it take for you to notice energy, stamina, or “more in the tank” effects? Same day? Few days? Or does it build slower over 1–2 weeks? Am i on the right track with low-dose and let it build slowly, or crank this shit up?
