Fable 5 just made the best Remotion video I have ever generated with ANY model. It is not close. It cloned BridgeSpace pixel perfect. It nailed every selling point. It designed the motion, the pacing, the whole thing. The design taste and creativity of this model are simply unmatched. Watch this and remember: an AI made this.

I tested Gemma 4 12b on my Macbook Pro M5 Max with 128GB of unified memory. It runs VERY slow for a 12b parameter model. 44 tokens/second. The lava lamp that it produced was also terrible. I would stick to Qwen 3.6 27b or Qwen 3.6 35b. Google is still way behind, even with their local models.

Kimi K2.7 Code just dropped from Moonshot AI. GLM 5.2 is faster, smarter, and cheaper. I purchased both the $39 and $99 plans to test it. I zapped my usage in 30 minutes. The horror game didn't work The Minecraft clone was unplayable The model got stuck outputting thousands of hashtags instead of code The Remotion video looked like a PowerPoint 262K context window in 2026 is embarrassing No BridgeMind stamp of approval. Stop saying that Opus 4.6 is better than Opus 4.8. I just tested Claude Opus 4.8 (Right) and Claude Opus 4.6 (Left) on the same exact prompt. Claude Opus 4.8 completed it in less than 2 minutes. Claude Opus 4.6 "Garnished" for over 7 minutes. Stop using Opus 4.6.

Fable 5 returns today. Sonnet 5 dropped yesterday. Both stories in one video. Sonnet 5 uses 1.35x more tokens than Sonnet 4.6. Sonnet models are supposed to be fast, cheap, and efficient. Sonnet 5 is none of those. Fable 5 is back but moves to usage based billing on July 7. BridgeBench is rerunning every benchmark to see if it returns nerfed. Full breakdown below.

Qwen 3.6 35B running at over 100 tokens per second on my $5,399 MacBook Pro M5 Max. This is the best local AI model I have ever run. 128GB of unified memory. No cloud. No API costs. No rate limits. Just raw local inference at speeds I didn't think were possible on a laptop. This model is more intelligent than GPT 5 on benchmarks. Running locally. On a MacBook. For free after the hardware cost. I said local AI would never compete with frontier. I'm starting to rethink that. The gap is closing faster than anyone expected.

I tested MiniMax M3 so you do not have to. It is free in OpenCode right now and it claims to beat GPT 5.5 on SWE-bench. So I put it on real production code. It broke my push-to-talk. It glitched a game through the floor. It took two tries to render a video and still looked rough. The benchmark said one thing. The real work said another. The one thing it has going for it is price. I ran all of BridgeBench for $4.09. If budget is your only constraint, it is the cheapest Chinese model out there. But cheap is not free when it breaks your codebase. No BridgeMind stamp of approval. Full breakdown in the video.

Claude Fable 5 created this horror game with the same prompt we tested Fusion on. Do not fall for OpenRouters fraudulent marketing scheme. The capability of Fusion is NO WHERE close to that of Fable 5. Stringing together Opus 4.8, GPT 5.5, and DeepSeek V4 does not give you a better model. OpenRouter should be sued for false marketing.

Gemma 4 31B is way too slow on my MacBook Pro M5 Max with 128GB of unified memory. 42 seconds to generate the first line of code. 21 tokens per second after that. Uses 26GB of memory when loaded. I sat there waiting nearly a minute before it even started writing code. The output? Actually decent. The lava lamp it generated looks good. But 42 seconds to first token is a dealbreaker. Claude Opus 4.7 starts generating in under 2 seconds. GPT 5.5 is instant. Good model. Unusable speed. Local inference on a $5,399 machine still can't match the cloud.

Introducing the next era of software development. Meet BridgeSwarm. One prompt. Dozens of agents. Builders, scouts, reviewers, and coordinators working together in parallel. They message each other. They hand off tasks. They coordinate autonomously. You operate the swarm. Now available in BridgeSpace.

I tested GLM 5.2 on three real builds. A horror house game. A 3D stealth game. A Remotion marketing video. The results are exactly what I expect from Chinese open source coding models right now. The horror house has broken game logic. Collect all three keys, complete the objective, and the front door still won't open. The stealth game shipped with lighting so dark you can't see your own character. The Remotion video is rough. GLM 5.2 is faster than 5.1 and 10x cheaper than the frontier. But Opus 4.8 and GPT 5.5 are still in a different league for serious coding work. Chinese models keep missing the attention to detail that matters. I MISS FABLE 5 ALREADY. Full review live now.

Spent the last few days vibe coding on my NVIDIA DGX Spark. Here's what I learned. Qwen 3.5 122B took one minute and nine seconds to respond "Hi how are you doing". Unusable for vibe coding. Gemma 4 was fast but built a dot instead of a first person shooter game. GPT-OSS 120B was the sweet spot. Fast, capable, and actually produced working HTML. Open source models running locally are not replacing Claude Opus 4.6 or Codex with GPT 5.4. Not even close. But they're getting better every month. The new DGX Spark Bench is live on Real-world benchmarks for local models on local hardware. This is just the start. Full video below.

Claude Code is unusable. So I built my own. Introducing BridgeCode. Launching next Wednesday. Everything you love about Claude Code. No rate limits. No 529 errors. No 500 errors. No nerfing. Connect to any provider. Claude Opus 4.6. GPT 5.4. Gemini 3.1 Pro. GLM 5.1. All of them. Switch models in seconds. And one more thing. Swarm mode. One prompt. Ten agents. Working together to ship your code. Claude Code rate limited me into building a competitor. Thank you, Anthropic. Launching next Wednesday.

Claude Fable 5 makes new things possible. I one shot a full horror game with it. One prompt. I have never seen AI output a game like this. This is the leap I've been waiting for. 80.3 on SWE-Bench Pro vs Opus 4.8 at 69.2, the biggest jump I have ever seen on that benchmark. It passed GPT 5.5 in both coding and intelligence on Artificial Analysis. I already canceled my $200 ChatGPT Pro plan. It fixed a Bridge Voice bug in one shot that GPT 5.5, Opus 4.7, and Opus 4.8 all failed to crack for 2 months. 10/10. Best model I have ever used. Full review below.

I set up the Hermes Agent on my NVIDIA DGX Spark and had it sending cold outreach emails for BridgeMind in under 20 minutes. Self-improving AI agent. It completes tasks, evaluates results, creates skills, and gets better on its own. No micromanaging. OpenClaw got the hype. Hermes got the architecture right. Full setup and demo below.
