#EXCLUSIVE: Source shares body camera footage of the suspect arrested after allegedly confronting ICE agents, damaging a side mirror, and then chasing them down a roadway in the Houston area. Source also tells me ICE agents were conducting an operation at a tire shop in Humble, TX and the suspect’s father owns the business. Sergio Olivares, a U.S. citizen, was arrested and charged by the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office. It comes as ICE reports a 700% increase in assaults against agents. In the body camera footage he says, “I need to call my lawyer please I have to check in for probation.” According to the court records, Olivares is currently out on bond for a felony drug possession charge.

Surveillance footage shows the father parked at a gas station with his family inside the car when a man forcefully tries to get into the driver’s seat. The family, including young children, is then seen scrambling out of the car, and after a struggle, the father shoots and kills him.

More teen violence.. Police confirm 3 teens were stabbed at Narragansett Town Beach in Rhode Island today as hundreds packed the beach and were captured on video physically fighting and causing mayhem. Police say all three had minor stab wounds and were taken to the hospital. Police called the scene “chaotic” and said several other fights broke out as hundreds were trying to leave the beach at the same time. EXCLUSIVE: One of ICE’s elite teams served a warrant at a house holding a criminal illegal alien alleged sex offender and convicted human smuggler in Minnesota yesterday. Roberto Garcia-De Leon, from Mexico, is convicted of alien smuggling and was also charged with sexual assault in Minnesota in 2025. He has illegally entered the U.S. at least four times, according to ICE. He was arrested on a warrant for criminal reentry, which is a felony. Border Czar Tom Homan said today he wants to get back to targeted operations like this one in Minnesota, focused on arresting criminal illegal migrants who are a public safety threat.

A Fox News Exclusive Investigation: I filed an open records request to find out how many inmates with ICE detainers accused of the most violent crimes were being housed in our Texas jails. In Houston where VP Kamala Harris just held her rally, we found 1 in every 10 inmates had an ICE hold. 43% of the cases with ICE holds involve violent crimes, as classified by the FBI. Among these cases, we identified 75 murder cases, of which 22 are capital murder clases. We also identified 174 ICE detainers linked to sexual assault cases, and shockingly, more than half involve victims under 14-years-old.
