Do we have documents showing Brian Albert perjured himself, or that MSP knew he destroyed evidence? Sept 22 - Preservation order discussed in open court and so ordered (we know Brian watched) Brian later testified this was the day he got rid of his phone on the Sept 22 Sept 28 - Proctor talked with Brian Albert who said he was pissed odd, frustrated, concerned about his phone (bc it contained work info… which apparently didn’t matter enough to not destroy it)

Hey Governor Maura Healey you are entirely missing the point AGAIN. What Proctor did DOES represent his group in the Massachusetts State Police. They gave him the highest performance ratings, said he conducted himself with honor and integrity even after knowing what the first set of texts were, and did much worse. The PUBLIC can tell you all about the people you still have employed, including a trooper that ignored Sandra Birchmore’s murder & tampered with the Karen Read jury. Ignorance and looking the other way is not an excuse
