If there's one thing I've learned in the past 20 years it's this: It's extremely difficult to kick serious ass until you master delegation. Your time is infinitely more valuable than money - and if you don't protect it, your business will own you. Delegation is not giving up control. It's getting out of your own way so you can stop being your own bottleneck.
