President Hakainde Hichilema says the Lungu family refused to engage with him and his team the day former President Edgar Lungu died. He further says government is still trying to engage, but if they fail, it is not because of lack of attempts to engage. Former President Edgar Lungu is to be buried in South Africa tomorrow at a private funeral service following an extended dispute over the state’s involvement in the program.
