I TRAVELLED ALL THE WAY TO ONUASATA, ENUGU STATE, JUST TO PLAY ON THIS PITCH! 😂❤️⚽️ A few weeks ago, I came across a video of this pitch on TikTok. The pitch had an irregular shape, the goalposts weren’t even opposite each other, and I immediately knew I HAD TO PLAY HERE! I reached out to the guy who posted it, told him I wanted to come play with them, and eventually, I made the trip to Onuasata, Enugu State! What I experienced was even more beautiful than I imagined. The people, the love, the energy, the football! We organized a little 4-set tournament, played some football and had an unforgettable time. I went there because of the pitch, but I left with so much appreciation for the people and their football community. ❤️ Sometimes, the most beautiful football stories are happening in places the world barely pays attention to. AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING! ⚽️ I want to travel to more hoods, discover your unique pitches, experience what football means to your community and tell the stories of the people who make it special. SO, INVITE ME TO YOUR HOOD! 🫵🏾😂 Where should I go next? Drop your hood and location in the comments, tag your people or send me a DM. If you’ve got a football community with a story worth telling, I might just pull up with my boots! EVERY HOOD HAS A PITCH. EVERY PITCH HAS A STORY. ❤️ Full Onuasata experience coming soon on YouTube! 🎥⚽ #football
