Happy New Years to #Guelph! Today, Justin Trudeau arrived to announce that our application to the Housing Accelerator Fund was successful & he left behind $21.4 million dollars to unlock & incentivize over 739 new housing units which, yes, include affordable homes, & thousands more in the years ahead! Thank you to staff, council & the community partners that are trying to get more housing built!

An old motel is now 32 #SupportiveHousing units in #Guelph! We got 3 projects on the go to open this year alone! That’s what our community is about! Thanks Stepping Stone (c/o Welcome In Drop In Centre) for helping pull us together to find solutions to homelessness! Thanks to all involved!
