If you are a concussion survivor there is hope in the way of accessing a regulated, legal mushroom center in Oregon and coming in for a journey After a 10 years in the NHL 164 fights, 7 diagnosed concussions and an early onset dementia diagnosis forced me into early retirement at the age of 30 in 2015, I went through the medical system unsuccessfully for 4 years It wasn’t until I found mushrooms in high and low doses that I was able to turn my life around, reverse my diagnosis and live a happy and fulfilling life See the next post for pre and post brain scans and pictures Our center is now open

I refuse to go to bed with shame and guilt I am far from perfect, but I will not sleep on a victimhood mindset I will not ruminate before bed about what could have been The main difference between the great people and really elite people I have played with are the mindsets and thoughts they think Unstoppable, undeniable and relentless pursuit of greatness with zero room for what ifs Let's ride Onward I'm excited for our debrief tomorrow about our 3-day mushroom retreat in Oregon
