Just a normal guy navigating through this experience called Life. While loving God, and embracing all aspects of myself, the good, the bad, and the freaky.

Put together a Lego, and had a GREAT workout. I’d say it was a GOOD Labor Day overall…..😁😁😁

These past 2 months have been difficult mentally and emotionally. Yet with each day, I’m putting forth the effort to mend that which has been wounded and broken. I was created to be Free, and called to be Strong. Remember to check on your strong friends, often we struggle alone.

From yesterday’s (Tuesday) workout. These workouts have been kicking my ass lately, and I’m loving every minute of it! Definitely seeing the progress through the process. I’ve got a goal to reach by June, and I have every intention on meeting it! Meanwhile, I’m out here looking like a OLD MAN with this WOLFPUSS running wild and free on my face, BUT I did say I was going to let my beard grow out for the winter months, so……yeah.

I was asked on IG what my bedroom looks like/where the “Magic”, happens, aka where I turn nigga’s fartboxes into CUMDUMPS. Well, here it is, granted there isn’t any “Magic” or breeding of fartboxes going on……🤣🤣🤣🤣 (It’s a pretty simple room for a regular guy like myself)

Monday Night Workout COMPLETED! At the risk of sounding vain, I have to say that I’m proud of the work that I’ve put in at the gym these past couple of month. These hoochie daddy shorts are fitting me very nicely, if I do say so myself! 😂😂😂 Also, if you’re wondering what exactly does my shirt say, make sure to swipe left.

Tuesday’s RANDOMNESS…….

This weekend has definitely been one for the history books. Friday, flying from Phoenix to Newark. Saturday, attending my Dad’s funeral there, and Sunday, flying back to Phoenix. This workout was definitely needed to decompress from the mental and emotional exhaustion of this weekend. Nonetheless, I’m grateful for my Dad, for the example of strength and resilience he has shown me since he first came into my life at the age of 7. He freely picked up the responsibility and mantle of Father that my biological father chose to forfeit. He loved me like I was has on flesh and blood, and was my first example of health masculinity displayed through love. For 35 years I gleamed knowledge and direction from him, and how to stand in my truth, even when it’s not difficult and unpopular. I thank him for covering me, molding me, and correcting me, and most importantly loving me. I’ve endured ALOT of loss this year and regard to connections and people, but this one has to be the most difficult. Yet I know that I will be okay. It may take a min, but I know the power that can be produced from pain. I will continue to move forward, and keep his memory in my heart for all my earthly days.
