Off Topic Show reports on Horrific video from Belfast, Northern Ireland: A Black African migrant stabs a White British man multiple times in the face and neck as he lies helpless on the street. The attacker screams in a foreign language while trying to behead the victim. Bystanders were slow to react but eventually kicked and hit the attacker until police arrived. The victim is in critical condition with life-threatening injuries. PSNI Police refuse to release the attacker’s name, nationality, or immigration status despite the video going viral.
