Six to seven months ago, Luke’s four-year apprenticeship was unexpectedly disrupted when his former employer PP closed their programme, removing a clear pathway forward late in his training. WeFix London stepped in. Since joining us, Luke has continued developing his skills, gaining valuable on-site experience, and progressing exactly as a proper apprenticeship should. In just over a week, he’ll be taking his final exam — a major milestone as he comes to the end of his four-year apprenticeship. At WeFix London, apprenticeships are a long-term commitment. We believe in proper training, real support, and giving people the structure they need to succeed. Well done, Luke — nearly there 👏 19h

Six months ago, Luke didn’t know if he’d be able to finish his apprenticeship. Today, he’s officially a qualified Electrical Engineer. ⚡️ After his previous programme at pp closed unexpectedly, Luke joined WeFix London — and kept going. He put the work in, passed his final exam, and earned his next step properly. From apprentice to engineer — well deserved.💪🚙👨🔧 Drop a 👏 to congratulate Luke.
