Lots of opinions on my Reta dosage of doing 10mg every 6 days (11.6mg a week). I’ve lost 85 pounds over the course of the last 2 years. In Eli Lilly’s research that they literally just released about Reta (the product they developed) they had their subjects on between 2-12mg per week across 2 years. The average weight loss was 85 pounds (28% total bodyweight). I’ve basically done exactly what the research did. Go tell Eli Lilly they’re dumb 😂 they only made the greatest fucking weight loss product in the history of the world that we are all loving

Chase Irons: "So before you mix it, in powder form, at room temperature it's going to last about six months." Chase Irons: "In the refrigerator, still in powder form, that shelf life extends out to about two years." Chase Irons: "Once you mix it, so now it's in liquid form, at room temperature you're looking at about a week before it starts to break down." Chase Irons: "But if you keep it in the refrigerator after mixing, that extends out to about six weeks." Chase Irons: "Beyond that point, you're risking bacterial contamination."

What's the actual dose for repairing mitochondria? 👇 1mg/day is maintenance. Keeps things running. 5mg/day is the real dose if you actually want to repair damaged mitochondria. Big dose. Expensive.
