The way some of you are donating your money to protein bars when Donkwa is right there is actually fascinating. Same protein, better taste, and less spending on your bank account. We really need to start respecting our local gains."

Noodles got all of us through university, but two plain packs with full spice packets isn't brain food, it is just high sodium and empty carbs. Upgrade your bowl and fuel your brain!

Being a woman with PCOS means fighting your own body every morning, only to fight trolls on the internet every afternoon. The weight fluctuations, the hair loss, the pain, it’s not a choice. It’s a medical condition. Leave us alone and let us heal in peace.

In culinary school, I was asked to do something with a Nigerian ingredient, and I made this. Trust me when i say this Garden egg salad is a banger 😋. I have added it to my menu. My next food tasting would definitely have this Garden Egg salad

The amount of food wasted at Nigerian weddings could feed entire communities. We need to move past "prestige" and start being intentional. Food is a blessing, don't bin it. #foodwaste

Stop sleeping on Chia seeds. It is the easiest way to upgrade your water. Fiber, protein, and Omega-3s in one glass. Your hormones (and your skin) will thank you. Healthy doesn't have to be hard.
