If I showed a prior version of myself, even just 3 years ago, a trailer of my life now, I wouldn’t believe it. Every single aspect of my life looks different in all of the best and most beautiful ways! The amount of opportunities I’ve been presented with this year have been endless and it’s all because I deeply and truly began to believe I am worth so much more! My biggest passion today is taking everything I’ve learned throughout my own journey and guiding others on theirs. To pretend you don't have any emotions is an unhealthy coping mechanism that many men (& women) fall victim to. Society has constructed a false narrative that says this is "strength." But the bravest thing you will ever do is acknowledge, own, and accept every part of yourself, including what you feel.
