This is my O PIN I O N. I believe true masculinity can be found in owning your shadows, leading with your heart, and rising above ego and fear. Humility is such a beautiful thing that will take you so much further than ego ever will. To pretend you don't have any emotions is an unhealthy coping mechanism that many men (& women) fall victim to. Society has constructed a false narrative that says this is "strength." But the bravest thing you will ever do is acknowledge, own, and accept every part of yourself, including what you feel.
