Really dodged a bullet shifting abroad. This is my filter after 3 months, in China. I run it 24x7 to keep the extra dog hair in check.

2025 had its moments. Highs, lows, lessons. Here’s what I missed vs what I quietly nailed in 2025 👇 👎 Missed in 2025: – <20% body fat aka the “perfect” body – A promotion at work – Building my personal brand consistently – Clean work vs rest boundaries – Better time management (real time blocks) – Emotion-driven eating – Expanding into a second sport 👍 Quiet wins in 2025: – 5:30 AM wake up, 10:30 PM sleep. Locked in. – Adopted a dog – Strong feedback and real trust at work – Hit my savings target (₹1Cr+ through investing + returns) – Invested in my body: personal trainer, weekly massages, red light therapy – Doubled down on one sport: diving
